232 local residents will be investing and participating in our sites in Retie, Pelt and Meer.

Between 12 November and 11 December, residents living around our sites in Retie, Pelt and Meer were invited to register for a resident participation scheme in their town.

Under normal circumstances we would have organized a number of information meetings to tell local residents everything they need or would like to know about resident participation in their town. Now, for the first time, local residents had to be informed through digital channels. We closed registrations with 27 new co-operators for the Storm wind farm in Pelt, 65 co-operators for the wind farm in Meer and 140 co-operators for the wind farm in Retie.

At the end of the day, we are welcoming a total of 232 new co-operators into the fold of Storm CV. Together, local residents have injected € 631.875 worth of capital into our projects.

Storm CV currently numbers a grand total of 3.441 co-operators for the wind farms in Wachtebeke, Wielsbeke, Maasmechelen, Westerlo, Geel, Meer, Dilsen-Stokkem, Desselgem, Lokeren, Zandvliet, Minderhout, Melsele, Retie, Pelt and in the Port of Ghent.
