The General Meeting of Shareholders at Storm CV took place on Saturday, 4 July 2020. The General Meeting was held digitally for the first time in the cooperative’s history. The General Meeting of Shareholders at Storm CV traditionally takes place on the second Saturday of May. This was postponed to the beginning of July because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The cooperative participants of Storm CV were requested before the start of the meeting to vote by letter or digitally about matters such as the approval of the annual accounts and payment of the dividend for the 2019 financial year. The results of the vote were presented today. Approximately fifty cooperative participants attended the online meeting.
A dividend payment of 5% was approved for the sixth consecutive year.
