The General Shareholders Meeting of Storm CVBA took place on Saturday, May 14th, in the offices of Storm Antwerp. The shareholders could vote on, among others, the approval of the financial statements and the distribution of a dividend for 2015.
Storm CVBA currently has 1538 cooperants for the wind farms in Wachtebeke, Wielsbeke, Maasmechelen, Westerlo, Geel, Desselgem, Meer and Dilsen-Stokkem. Together they generated €3,340,125. Storm CVBA directly invests this money in Storm wind farms
This investment currently generates a dividend of 5% for the cooperants.
