Storm is developing a 10.5-ha agrivoltaic solar park in an area located near the village of Pellaines, along the E40 motorway and the railway line. The site will be converted into a sheep pasture, managed by local farmers already active on the parcels. In view of the existing frequent flooding events, water management measures such as swales (natural drainage channels) will be implemented to improve rainwater management. In addition, the transition to a permanent vegetative cover (grazing pasture) will already significantly improve the situation.
