At dawn, the wind turbine rotor 2 of the Storm wind farm in Meer was lifted in place.

During a rotor lift it must be almost windless. We are usually very happy at Storm when it's windy, but not during this crucial phase. The rotor is very large and will move quickly through the wind. It will then be almost impossible to place the rotor in exactly the right location, and safety cannot then be guaranteed.
